Beautiful sunny and bright family friendly house with big garden, children's playground, bbq and nice mountain view situated in the country side just 20 km from Split and 4 km from highway (exit Dugopolje).The location is nice, quite and sourrounded by nature. Not far from Split and Trogir which are both tourist cities you must see in Croatia. After long day you are comming back in your own oasis of peace away from city crowds where you can enjoy in beautiful sunsets on big terrace by the pool.

The Villa is new. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, toaster, microwave, coffe maker, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor grill etc. It consists 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Has also outdoor grill and private parking in front of the house.

The bed linen and towels are provided by us.

This place is ideal for families with kids or friends and everyone who wants to enjoy in peace far from city crowds.

You have your own swimming pool dimensions 8x4 meters with an outdoor shower and 4 sun beds.

“Cosy modern villa in great open sorroundings”

We (three adults) spent 10 lovely days at this villa and enjoyed every moment of it. Danijela and her dad were very helpful and made us very welcome there. You get 100% privacy out in the open. There are a couple of other villas nearby but each one is completely private. The villa is well equipped and we found the amenities very neatly maintained. The pool is a decent size, not too big but also not too small. If you prefer isolation with the nearest shop 2 kms away and the nearest restaurant about 5 kms away then you would simply love this place! We found it really hard to leave the villa on days we had planned outside trips to beaches etc and even ended skipping some of them! Bottom line - we plan to be back!
