Adorable cottage recently built with stunning lake views. Covering an area of 40m2, this apartment can easily accommodate 4 people.

Private bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to fully equipped 16m2 terrace. (Twin beds which can make a queensize bed)

Bathroom with bath-tub/shower, sink and lake view as well.

Because your health and comfort remain our priority, we have adapted to the new hygiene standards recommended by the health services. Our housekeeping and cleaning procedures have been completely redesigned to meet our customers' expectations and recommendations.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.

We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.

A few days before arrival, a link will be sent to the traveler by email inviting him to check-in online and inform the agency of his arrival time, inform his identity and that of the people accompanying him...

About Veyrier Du Lac…

This typical Savoyard village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy. It’s three grass beaches allow easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, wake-boarding, etc). A nice walk along the lake will take you to the nearby village of Menthon St Bernard. In Veyrier, all local services are available: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, etc. Annecy is just a few hundred meters, easy access by a recent bike path along the lake. Many activities can be practiced nearby:

In Summer:

-Cycling (bike path accessible from the EAST SHORE now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to the apartment next summer (July 22) ...

-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon)

-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine)

-Paragliding: you'll have the opportunity to see the Montmin take off or land on the basis of Talloires nearby: Guaranteed daily show!

-The average mountain walks from Montmin (15mins), Mont Veyrier (10mins), the Parmelan or Clusaz (20mins)

-An adventure park in Talloires (10mins) or Tamie (40mns)
