DUBEL appartement (175m2) op de eerste en tweede verdieping (entree via buitentrap) van een vrijstaande huis met ommuurde tuin op slechts 500 meter van het strand en 3500m van het Trogir. Het heeft een gratis parkeerplaats op de binnenplaats van het accommodatie, gratis WiFi en airconditioning. Op slechts enkele minuten lopen van het appartement is een supermarkt, apotheek, restaurants, postkantoor, cafe-bars …

Appartement A1: voor 6 personen.

Entree: hal, toilet, woonkamer met plafon ventilator en een losstaande ventilator, flatscreen-TV met satellietzenders en twee gezellige slaapbanken voor drie personen, open keuken met een magnetron, vier keramische kookplaten, vaatwasser, waterkoker, toaster, koffie zet apparaat en een koelkast met vriesvak. Op de tweede verdieping: hal, badkamer met een toilet, wastafel, douche, handdoeken, en een haardroger, een grote slaapkamer met een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed (1,80x2,0 m) en een eenpersoonsbed (0,8x1,9 m), schoon beddengoed, airconditioning en openslaande deuren naar het dakterras. Vanaf het zonnige privé dakterras (60 m2). kunt u genieten van een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op het Trogir / Okrug Gornji en de zee.

Appartement A2: voor 4 personen.

Entree via buitentrap. Balkon 18m2 met een tafel en stoelen, hal, badkamer met toilet, douche, handdoeken, wastafel en haardroger. De woonkeuken is uitgerust met twee elektrische kookplaten, een magnetron, waterkoker, toaster, koffie zet apparaat, koelkast met vriesvak, twee slaapkamers met twee persoons bedden (en een kinder bed op aanvraag) met schoon beddengoed. Een slaapkamer heeft airconditioning, tweede slaapkamer heeft een losse ventilator. U kunt ook gebruikmaken van het grote dakterras 60m2 (bereikbaar via buitentrap) zodat u kunt genieten van uw ontbijt of een diner met een glaasje Dalmatische kwaliteit wijn een mooi uitzicht over het Trogir, Okrug Gornji en de zee.

Het privé dakterras (60m2) is uitgerust met een buitenkeuken (grill), tafels, terrasstoelen, strandbedden, schommel bank en parasols.

Als u kinder bed, nodig heeft wilt u dit dan van tevoren aanvragen.

Wasmachine (3 euro per was), strijkijzer en een strijkplank vindt u in de aparte wasruimte.

Op de schaduwrijke binnenplaats van het accommodatie is een barbecue, tafel, terrasstoelen, tuinbank en parasols, die gedeeld wordt met de eigenaar.

Eigenaar woont op de begane grond en is beschikbaar voor uw vragen.

De accommodatie biedt tegen een toeslag een pendeldienst van/naar de luchthaven Split

U kunt genieten van een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op het Trogir, Okrug Gornji en de zee vanaf het zonnige privé dakterras (60 m2).

In dit dorp kun je nog steeds vis kopen van onze lokale vissers die terugkeren van zee en bereiden op de barbecue op de binnenplaats van het accommodatie of op het dakterras en genieten van een biertje of een glas Dalmatische kwaliteitswijn.
