Description
Villa ALGEOS is located North-East of Corfu Island, 400 metres far from the seaside resort of Barbati.
This refurbished modern mansion promises to make unforgettable memories of your holidays, with its breath-taking view on the deep blue sea.
A few hundred metres far, you'll find the beautiful Barbati beach, with its private beaches, and, a few kilometres far, you'll find the beaches of Ipsos, Kouloura and Nissaki. Various restaurants and shops are present 500 m to 2 km far, while the city of Corfu and the airport are located 20 km far. A variety of bars and clubs can be found 5 km far, in Ipsos.
Villa ALGEOS, with a total area of 250 sqm, faces South and is set up in the middle of an olive trees field, offering a panoramic view on the crystal clear sea and on the city of Corfu.
On the main level, there's a large living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower) and WC for guests is situated at the middle level. Each room has a wonderful sea view.
On the lower floor, there are three other bedrooms, each provided with a double bed, of which one has its own private bathroom/shower/WC while the two others have shared bathroom with shower an a separate WC. The lower floor gives access to the pool and includes a laundry as well.
Walking out the ground floor, you'll find a wonderful terrace offering sea view, an infinity pool of 11x4 m surrounded with sun beds, an outdoor shower, under a pergola, a barbecue and a big dining table with sea view. At the back, a staircase will lead you on the rooftop of the villa, equipped with armchairs offering an incredible view on the turquoise water.

Cette villa d’architecture moderne et nouvellement construite promet de faire de vos vacances un moment inoubliable avec ses vues à couper le souffle sur le bleu profond de la mer.
A quelques centaines de mètres se trouve la belle plage de Barbati avec notamment ses plages privées et à quelques kilomètres, les plages telles qu' Ipsos,Kalami, Kouloura et Nissaki. Divers restaurants et magasins se trouvent à une distance de 500m à 2 km, tandis que Corfou ville et l’aéroport sont situés à 20 km. Une multitude de bars et dancing sont situés à 5km à Ipsos.
La Villa ALGEOS, d'une surface totale de 250 m², est implantée plein sud au milieu d'un terrain en pente, plantés d’oliviers, offrant une vue panoramique sur la mer cristalline et au loin sur la ville de Corfou.
Au niveau principal, rez-de-chaussée, on retrouve un spacieux salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Une chambre principale avec salle de bain (bain +douche) et WC pour invités est située au niveau intermédiaire séparé par deux marches du rez-de-chaussée. Chaque pièce bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la mer.
A l'étage inférieur, se trouvent trois autres chambres principales, chacune avec un lit double séparé dont une, avec sa salle de bain / douche/wc privée les deux autres partagent une salle de bain/douche et un wc séparé. Le niveau inférieur, dispose d’un accès vers la piscine et comprend également une buanderie.
En sortant du rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une magnifique terrasse qui offre une vue sur la mer, une piscine à débordement de 11x4 m entourée de chaises longues, une douche extérieure, sous une pergola, un barbecue et une grande table à manger avec vue sur mer. A l’arrière un escalier vous emmène sur le toit de la villa, équipé de fauteuils qui vous offre une vue incroyable sur l’eau turquoise de la mer.
