Description

Skopelos villa Afentoulis, beautifull 2 floor traditional townhouse, very peaceful in a narrow village road just a five minute walk to the harbor, taverns, cafes, bars and huge variety of sophisticated shops.

The house rooms are specious and bright. Ideal for a family or for guests who like space. The kitchen is fully equipped, an oven, a toaster and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. A flat-screen TV with cable channels is offered. and the entire space has air-conditioning at the first and the second flour. The little garden-yard gives a cosy and peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your breakfast or coffee. No cars or motorbikes passing...

The harbor is in just a few minutes walking distance. As well as the car park. The house is located in the town and you have all shops, taverns and cafes very close by. The bus-stop is right at the harbor and a few steps further you find the town beach.

The house with its roomy bright space and beautiful cosy private little yard provides comfort and relaxation in the heart of the town. The location gives the choice of either enjoying peace and privacy at home or having just a few steps away the village life, rich with shops, taverns, cafes, bars and wonderful whitewashed houses, steps and chapels to discover.

The entrance is in a dead end side road passing through your private yard and up a few steps to the entrance door of the property.

You will have my mobile number and I am myself on the island and can always be reached in case of need. I`m glad to help.

The house is located in a narrow side road. Cars and motorbikes do not pass, so it is quite and also safe for children to play.

The neighbors are locals and very friendly.

From the house it takes just a few footsteps down to the promenade and harbor.

The car park is in 5 minutes walking distance.

Near the harbor there is the bus stop from where there are regular connections to all beaches.

And next to the bus stop you can find a taxi.

Before your arrival you will be sent by mail an exact description how to get to the house. I will be waiting for you at the harbor of Skopelos and give all the necessary information and answers if there are any questions.

The house has been cleaned before arrival and a set of bed linen and towels are provided. For a stay longer than 5 days, the laundry will be changed. (Towels are not intended for the beach)
