In bellissima palazzina, recintata con cancello elettrico e posto auto, appartamento completo di tutto il necessario. Ingresso indipendente, con corte privata e giardinetto che si affaccia sopra il Lago di Fiastra, dove si può cenare in esterno in un scenario davvero suggestivo.
L'appartamento è comodo per famiglie con 1 o 2 bambini o max. 2 coppie. D'estate e in primavera si può pranzare, cenare sulla corte privata in esterno e godersi il tramonto roseo bellissimo sopra il Lago. La cucina è completa con Frigorifero grande e frigorifero piccolo, forno elettrico, piano cuttura, il tavolo in legno è allungabile e può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. Meno di 100 metri si trova l' alimentari dove si possono acquistare alimenti di prima necessità come latte, pane, salumi e formaggi. Nella casa ci sono depliantes con consigli per i viaggiatori. La biancheria da letto (lenzuola, federe, coperte e piumoni) e asciugamani sono inclusi nel prezzo.

Il Lago di Fiastra è un posto ideale per vacanze tranquille dove si possono praticare diversi sport all'aperto in estate e in inverno (spiaggia attrezzata con possibilità di noleggio ombrelloni lettini, percorso parco avventura, trekking, escursioni, canoa, SUP stand up paddle, trail running, mountain bike, pesca... Sci di fondo, ciaspolate, racchette da neve.. ) e gustare la pregiata gastronomia locale. Nelle vicinanze trovate maneggio cavalli e diverse aree attrezzate picnic.
Vi invitiamo di fumare sulla corte esterna dove vi saranno messi a disposizione dei portacenere.
Gli animali di piccola misura si potrebbero accettare previa la richiesta specifica ai proprietari.
