Situati a 3 Km. da Vieste sullo splendido lungomare sud, a soli 30 mt. dal mare e dalla spiaggia di sabbia dorata conosciuta come spiaggia del Castello.

L' appartamento in villetta di nuova costruzione ben arredato, è dotato di frigorifero, TV LCD a schermo piatto, climatizzatore, Wi-Fi gratuito e zanzariere.

L'abitazione è composta da una veranda esterna con tavolo e sedie, sala/cucina attrezzata, un bagno con box doccia e una camera da letto.

La camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale con la possibilità di aggiungere un secondo letto singolo.

Il parcheggio (gratuito) è interno alla struttura (a pochi passi dall'appartamento) ed è ombreggiato.

Il giardino (in comune con altri affittuari) dispone di un gazebo con poltroncine, dei giochi per bambini, un barbecue, una doccia esterna, un lavapiedi e la lavatrice a gettoni.

A richiesta è possibile aggiungere lettino da viaggio (culla) gratuitamente.
