Villa NORMA A - Bellaria centro - 480 mt MARE - da 6 a 8 /10 letti - 3 servizi (1 senza doccia) - 3 camere da letto - Lavatrice - TV - Garage - Giardinetto - Spazio esterno attrezzato con 2 Tavoli e telone di copertura (10 posti) con BARBECUE - Via Lamone 33.

Periodi di affitto: Minimo 14 notti MEDIA-ALTA Stagione a discrezione nostra per non lasciare periodi vuoti.

Recente costruzione (2005) in posizione molto tranquilla a ca. 150 mt dalla Piazza Matteotti, la principale Piazza di Bellaria. Casa moderna, confortevole, con ambienti ampi, ca. 150mq, si sviluppa su 4 livelli collegati con scale interne.

Villa NORMA A – 3 CAMERE / 3 BAGNI Posta sul davanti, è composta come segue: Al pianoterra soggiorno con due portefinestre, mobile da soggiorno, divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo 8 posti; un bagno con antibagno ma senza doccia indi la cucina ampia con tavolo a parete da 4 posti e con portafinestra laterale che si apre su un piccolo cortile interno piastrellato e recintato con tavoli da esterno (10 posti con telone). Sul davanti della casa c’è un patio con tavolino e sedie da esterno ed un giardinetto (con ulivo e roseto).

Al primo piano si trovano 2 camere da letto, entrambe con balcone, una matrimoniale con armadio, comò e balcone e l’altra con mobile a parete con inseriti due letti singoli e gran bel balcone sul fronte della casa; sul pianerottolo bagno con box doccia.

Al piano superiore c’è una terza camera 4 posti con finestra (la finestra è quella rotonda sul fronte della casa), molto ampia con un piccolo armadio, un matrimoniale, due letti singoli e cassettiera; sul pianerottolo bel bagno e con box doccia e balcone.

Nel seminterrato ricovero per la lavatrice e garage ampio per una auto di medie dimensioni oppure due auto piccole accodate e scala con accesso diretto all’appartamento.

Arrivi / partenze di SABATO (su richiesta altre date) - MINIMO 7 notti in bassa stagione / MINIMO 14 notti in alta stagione.

Massimo 30 giorni per ogni contratto - No contratti business

SCONTI per periodi di 2 settimane bassa/media stagione e per minimo 21 / 28 giorni sempre.

Immaginavo foste contenti, dopo 3 anni che trascorrete le vostre ferie estive nella Villa, ma non mi aspettavo proprio il massimo del punteggio. Cerco di fare, coi limiti che ho, del mio meglio perché tutto funzioni bene. Quest'anno troverai, come ti ho detto, alcune migliorie che spero vi piaceranno.
