Located in Marilleva 1400. New apartment with wooden floors, dishwasher, TV, wi-fi, private parking and ski storage. Ideal for families with children. Washing machine and microwave. Services such as the swimming pool and the wellness center are available for a fee. Accommodation with attention to detail. Books on local culture, board games and maps for excursions. Ski storage room and boots in a special room. Excellent starting point for hiking in the mountains even in summer due to the presence of open ski lifts. Place rich in mushrooms and suitable, in periods of low season, for those who love tranquility. There is no traffic because the house is in the quieter part of the town of Marilleva. The apartment is inside the Albarè residence. In addition to the house you can have many services such as internet point, shops, games rooms, swimming pool and health area (admission fee). Everything is easily reached from inside the structure without having to go outside when it is cold or raining. In winter you will find yourself in one of the most beautiful and extensive ski areas in Trentino. You can reach Madonna di Campiglio on skis. In summer, forests and mountains with alpine lakes and mushrooms surround you.
