The Parour has two independent houses: * the main house comprises a living room (40 m²) including the living room, the dining room with an open kitchen and three rooms (17, 16 and 13 m²) with two bathrooms with toilets and separate toilet. All the documents opens to the South, on the terrace, the garden and the pool.
* chai includes a living room with lounge and the open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is attic and oriented East-West. It opens to the East on a terrace, garden and swimming pool.
The set features a floor heating.
The renovation was made to preserve and highlight the typical elements of the Oleron architecture with the comforts of a home to a prefectorial classification 4 stars. Have been rehabilitated the fireplace, well, so characteristic of the island and the walls whitewashed.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the layout of the House particularly suitable for couples of friends. several families, grandparents and their children and grandchildren.
The Parour is 5 min walk from shops and the beach, in the village of La Cotinière, famous for its fishing port and fish market. Maison très spacieuse bien située. Le port, les commerces, la plage à 5 minutes à pied. La concierge super sympa tjs prête à rendre service.
