Description

Granite town house is centrally located in beautiful Esperance WA. Built by local surfie tradesmen it features local stone, recycled timber and exudes a warm, friendly energy. It is fully self contained to comfortably accommodate 6 people and is located within mins walk to town, shops, foreshore and beaches. We also offer our guests free WIFI, Netflix.

Pets - A maximum of 2 pets are welcome per booking. They must be contained in the living area away from carpeted areas & beds. Definitely not on beds. Bags are provided to clean up after them. Any breaches of these rules may incur a fine.

No meet & greet but someone is always accessible by phone. Information regarding keys etc will be given to guests 3-4 days before their arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Peta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
