Description

Open your door and walk to the beach. Just a few steps and you are by the ocean. Short walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, local restaurants, new Cocoa Beach Mini Golf with a great Ice-Cream shop, famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, a few minutes drive to historic Cocoa Village and Kennedy Space Center and 45 min to fabulous Disney Orlando Theme parks in Orlando.

The condo is perfect for one or two couples or a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum occupancy 4 guests total. We have a king size bed and a brand new mattress in the master bedroom for a restful sleep, new contemporary furniture and a big flat screen TV in the living room, new stainless steel dishwasher in the kitchen. We have just installed new designer tile floor throughout the condo.

The complex is guest friendly and quiet. Heated pool, Tennis Courts, shuffleboard and private beach access. Come see just how nice life in Cocoa Beach can be for you!

The location is unbelievable: you can get by without a car or just riding a bike around. A lot of people do. The property is just a few steps to the beach. Supermarket Publix is 2 blocks away. Dollar Store (if you forgot some misc stuff) is one block away. Florida Grill is 2 blocks away. Branos Italian Restaurant is 4 blocks away. 7/11 is 2 blocks away. Ron Jon, Surf Museum, Cocoa Beach Pier is within a walking distance too.

We let our guests enjoy themselves and don't bother them unless they need assistance. All contact information including email and phone number will be provided. We respond to all inquiries and requests right away.

How do damage deposits work?
