This lovely 55 s.m. two bedroom split level apartment is part of a prestigious compound ideally located right on one of Cassandra's most beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. It has a large yard with built sitting area, dinning table and bq. It is an ideal retreat for couples or families with young children who enjoy a relaxed and easy going vacation style, where one can walk straight to the beach, swim, dive, engage in water sports, frolic in the water, lie on the golden sand and simply take in the sun before walking back to the apartment to lunch, dine or rest without the hassles of getting in a car or crossing busy roads. It is just a 50 minute ride from Thessaloniki's International Airport, right next to Aegean Melathron Hotel, benefiting from all the facilities a 5 star hotel has to offer in terms of sports, aquatic activities, children's playgrounds, restaurants and bars. The compound itself has an ample, well maintained lawn area along the beach front, where young children can play in a safe and controlled environment. A key feature of the apartment is its spacious, private terrace, perfect for al fresco dining overlooking the bay. The fully air-conditioned apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with queen size bed, the other with a sofa bed ) ,an attic, one bathroom/shower room, open plan kitchen and a small living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. There is hifi system and wireless internet. (Note that this beautiful property may also be leased in conjunction with a gorgeous bungalow on the same compound sleeping another 4 guests.)
