Superb apartment completely renovated a new 10 minutes walk from the lake and pedestrian areas. American kitchen, perfectly equipped: coffee maker, washing machine, iron, ironing board, bikes on loan, big screen tv, library etc ..... Additional sleeping sub-plex on express leather sofa bed (very good mattress 15 cm thick) Equipped with roller shutters, very close downtown and all amenities. Private parking in a private courtyard. Charges are included in the rental price of: 200 kw / h / week for Electricity and 2 / m3 for water. Exceedances will be extra at the regulated rate. The tourist tax is included in the rental price. The granules are at your disposal free of charge. Garden furniture available. Possibility to rent linen, towels.
