Ce logement n'est pas très grand (33m2) mais il est très calme, très confortable, très sécurisé et très bien situé.
Pour une petite famille, avec des enfants pas trop grands il est idéal pour profiter de la région en toutes saisons.
L'été le lac, accessible à pied (plage de l'impérial à 5 minutes), piste cyclable accessible à 2 minutes...
L'hiver, les stations de ski à proximité dès 20 minutes de voiture (Le Semnoz, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand... Chamonix, Les 3 vallées, les portes du soleil...
Il vient d'être refait presque entièrement à neuf
