Response from the owner Buongiorno, innanzi tutto questo è il profilo del Resort e non quello della locanda; detto ciò mi dispiace immensamente della sua delusione nel non trovare un ristorante, ma come dice il nome stesso (Locanda Pietracavalla) siamo una LOCANDA e in quanto tale vogliamo mantenere questa identità. La tovaglietta di carta per noi è una scelta, per far risaltare il pregiato tavolo in legno massello di rovere che sarebbe un peccato andare a coprire con una banale tovaglia. riguardo alle pietanze siamo veramente spiacenti che non abbia trovato nulla di suo gradimento; la maggior parte delle materie prime sono allevate o coltivate direttamente da noi o in alternativa provengono da realtà locali che allevano e coltivano in maniera sostenibile e questo purtroppo (o per fortuna!) non permette di avere prodotti standard. Mi dispiace per l' inconveniente dell' oliva ascolana anche se come può vedere dal conto abbiamo detratto il tagliere e nonostante tutto è riuscito a gustarsi la nostra Ribeye senza alcun impedimento apparente. Non trovo comunque opportuno questo il luogo per avanzare minacce nei nostri confronti; siamo sempre pronti ad accogliere critiche perché le consideriamo sempre più costruttive dei complimenti, ma le minacce no. Grazie.
