Description
Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our six-bedroom 4.5 bathroom home is designer decorated with and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors.
Two Cal-King masters complete with private bathrooms. Two additional Cal King Beds share a Jack n' Jill bathroom, and the last two bedrooms are children's rooms with Full over Full Bunk beds. The children's room shares a hall bathroom with a shower/bathtub.
Beautiful open concept main living area with upgraded kitchen complete with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen countertop bar and breakfast nook. The family room has a large sectional with plenty of seating. The sectional has a queen-size sleeper. Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill.
The full-size washer and dryer for guest use and the half bath are located right off the kitchen. The game room is located in the garage. It has a foosball table, air hockey, and ping pong table. In addition, there are strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants & toddlers.
Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. All other rooms have cable with Disney and the top 100 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. The home has central heating and air conditioning.
Nice short walk to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, the homes are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

Four masters all with Cal King/Queen Beds, private bathrooms and 47'' LCD TV's. 2 Additional bedrooms with Full over Full Bunk beds and 47'' TVs. These last 2 rooms share a bathroom in the hall shower/bath tub. Family Room has pull out sleeper sofa.  There is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair and booster seat for your infants & toddlers. Main Living Room has 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. All other rooms have cable with Disney and top 200 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Relax in our brand new sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard.
