Description
The studio is brand new. The neighborhood is very quiet despite being close to stations, highway, hospitals and old town. For tourism, necessity or work enjoy a peaceful and cozy nest with all the conveniences of an apartment everything for you. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV ... Like home. the price includes all the expenses of consumption (water, electricity, heating), the apartment is equipped with linen and towels and dishes, glassware and cookware. Supermarket and local shops (hairdressers, tobacconists bar, bakery, bakeries and pharmacies) are just a few steps away. However in 7 minutes walk you are already in the city center. remember that since January 2018 have been introduced local taxes to be paid on arrival (€ 1,00 per person per day for up to 7 days) We provide a box not included.
