We would like to invite you to enjoy our newly built modern pool villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1100sf pool deck with lounge area, sunny South-Western exposure, beautiful beaches nearby – even a private beach is at your disposal!

A short 3-minute drive away, the community owned beach ferry starts to our piece of paradise, an all-natural pristine beach. Take a long walk along the gorgeous shoreline, look for fossil shark teeth or just sit there and relax – having a wonderful time watching the waves. Chances are good you spot a bunch of dolphins!

You are a beach lover? Almost 10 great beaches are within a 20-minute drive, the famous beaches of Sarasota’s Siesta Key only another 20 minutes further away.

Villa Happy Gator on Alligator Drive is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our backyard is fenced in and provides absolute privacy.

The oversized and simply gorgeous pool area is the perfect place to enjoy Florida Life. Chrystal clear water without added chlorine brings the ultimate pleasure during hot and sunny days. During cooler months, the heater ensures that swimming stays a delight. Our sunshelf is a much loved special feature.

How do damage deposits work?
