Description

Bright, luxurious flat 10-15 minutes from the beach. Newly built, modern and spacious. Sunny, big terrace with barbecue. Open plan built in kitchen to the highest standard. Fits comfortably two, sofabed - two. All appliances have been checked and working, also safe to use. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. If you wont relaxing nights, this is the place to be. Neighbours are polite and friendly. Property is on cull-de-sac, so no heavy traffic. Free parking is available on the street. Buss stop is just meters away and will take you in no time to Sunny Beech or The Old Town.

As a gest you are welcome to use the entire flat. On the balcony you could have a barbeque or your morning coffee , just make sure it is safe. It ok to leave your buggy or bicycle downstairs in the entrance lobby.

Getting around

Buss stop is just 10 meters away and will take you in no time to Burgas, Sunny Beech or Nessebar Old Town. The busses run every 15-20 minutes and thickets are very cheep. Taxis re available widely in Nessebar. If a rental car is desired, there are plenty around, nearest a 0.5km away. I would recommend using public transport to go to places and do the sightseeing.

If you need any information or help you can always call my mom - mamma Maria who will meet you at your check in and check out . After confirmed reservation before check in you will be given her contact number. In the flat there is a mobile with prepaid sim to use in case you have enquiries. I am always available on mobile, viber, messenger and email.

Smoking is not allowed in the flat. If you wish you could smoke on the balcony. No pets, unless previously agreed. Please make sure you are not noisy, there will be guests in the other flats that want to have a rest.
