Description
Set in its own private gardens with a 40sq metre swimming pool , this fabulous detached villa is the perfect place to stay. Having the added advantage of a Hotel complex nearby,where villa guests can use the facilities, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the privacy of your own home, whilst having the use of nearby amenities at the complex, such as a small supermarket,2 restaurants, bar, entertainment, sports facilities and several pools, all of which are available for guests of the villa to use.(facilities will vary according to season).The hotel also has a wonderful spa offering a variety of treatments. Top quality furnishings throughout; the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. The villa also has three bedrooms two bathrooms and one shower room; on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both having ensuite bathrooms. ).There is also a double on the ground floor with the shower room also on the ground floor. There is a large living room with a convertible double-sofa bed meaning the villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. Enjoy fabulous views from the two balconies or relax on the spacious outdoor terrace and make use of the free standing brick built barbeque.

There is free Wi-Fi internet access and the tv in the lounge is a smart tv and therefore has internet access which means guests can access British TV channels. Library of books and cards available for guests during their stay. The bedrooms are all doubles.

“Wonderful villa”
The villa itself was large with all the amenities that we needed. The air conditioning was very effective and we enjoyed the use of the bar-b-q on a couple of occasions. The pool was cleaned daily and was perfect for our needs. The view is amazing, overlooking fields with the sea in the distance. It is in the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet location, although I would recommend hiring a car. We enjoyed exploring the local area including the beach at Pomerie, Old Nessebar for meals and street markets and Ravda. We used the hotel facilities which were also amazing and made a lovely change. The staff were friendly and the use of the pool and poolside beds were free. There were always plenty available, although I understand that the hotel was not full due to coronavirus. I was very grateful to the owner for allowing us to stay within a couple of days of us booking as quarantine restrictions had just been lifted when travelling to Bulgaria. The owner allowed us to arrive earlier than expected and everything was ready and perfect on our arrival. Thank you. We would definitely hope to return another year.

“Floral Hills Villa (Sunny Beach)”
What a beautiful outlook from the pool area. The view was unimpeded towards the sea. The villa was very spacious with all facilities needed to make our stay very comfortable. On-site staff were available daily. The site only has a small number of villas which made our stay private. The local hotel only a short walk away has additional bar and pool facilities to use if needed. I would highly recommend this villa if you seek peace and quiet with beach facilities only a short car ride away.

Response from the owner Thank you for your comments. I’m disappointed to hear that you felt there were maintenance issues as the villa was decorated at the start of the season and all curtains are new this year with the exception of the kitchen blinds. The walls are white so presumably have been marked throughout the season by numerous holiday guests but will be painted again at the start of the season as always. I asked my villa manager regarding the pool on your arrival and she explained that there had been a storm the night before and the pool was therefore not as clean as it would usually be. However, the pool is maintained on a very regular basis and as the villa is situated surrounded by fields it’s not out of the question that a mouse gets in the filter occasionally. The manager of the Villa has an office on site so I would urge all guests to go and see her if there are any issues over the cleaning of the pool as it should be maintained every day and I haven’t had any problems with this before.The photos on the website were taken at the start of the season in May so they are only a couple of months old and accurately portray how the villa looks as they were only taken on a mobile phone with no special effects. I completely agree that a car is a must although not essential but it makes it much easier to get around. Thank you for taking your time to give feedback. Regards, Sharon

“A fantastic and relaxing holiday.”
A little far out for shopping or night life but we managed with the bus that runs every 20 mins from end of resort into Nesabar and Sunny beach. We did use the odd taxi for shopping which can be arranged from the resort. The villa had everything we needed, we were a group of 4 adults and 2 teenage boys, we wanted a relaxing break and that's what we got. A 5 minute walk took us to the resort where we had a few good evening meals at a reasonable price. People friendly and helpful. We took the boys to the aqua park in both Nessabar and Sunny beach and both parks very good. Sunny beach excellent for clothes shopping and well worth a visit to old Nessabar, beautiful place and lovely restaurants. Food, alcohol so cheap but always agree on price of taxis before you get in. If your looking for a quiet, chilling family holiday and are not bothered about the nightlife this villa is perfect. There are many other towns and villages we could have visited by getting the bus which we plan to do on future holidays to Bulgaria. We are planning to go back next summer to experience more of the area. Would like to thank Sharon and family for renting their villa to us, and the site manager for being more than helpfull.

the villa is great, spacious and with the all the things you need. area is nice and quiet. its recommended to rent a car as we did as its a little far away from the centre. will definateley come back here next time
