Completely renovated Building divided into 4 apartments. It is located in the historic center of Policastro Bussentino; about 200 meters from the sea. The apartments are independent of each other; they are divided over an area of 70 square meters: they are composed of a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The facility is equipped with nearby parking and garage, solarium / terrace. The structure has a strategic location, few meters far from the SS 18 which connects the city of Policastro to major centers such as: Scario 4 km, 10 km Sapri, Maratea 28 km, Palinuro 27 km, 41 km Charterhouse Padula, Velia archaeological 47 km, Paestum 78 km, 106 km Potenza, Salerno 125 km, 194 km Matera. Policastro Bussentino offers tourists beaches and clear; an important center canoe that allows tourists to spend exciting days on the important Bussento river. In the old town it dominates the splendid Romanesque cathedral building, underwent major restoration work in the baroque style in the eighteenth century (between 1709 and 1716). In the hinterland you can visit charming medieval small towns of historical and natural importance. among many of them : Roccagloriosa with its splendid museum dedicated to Lucana civilization; Morigerati with its caves Bussento and the 'WWF Oasis ; Caselle in Pittari with its famous Cilento cuisine and a unique karst show with equipped Trekking routes. italiano : Edificio completamente ristrutturato suddiviso in 4 appartamenti.
