Description

Sogno Blu è una tipica casa in tufo di antichi pescatori, situata nel centro storico del comune di Polignano a Mare su una delle balconate più suggestive e romantiche del paese. Ogni giorno vi regalerà un panorama mozzafiato ed un soggiorno indimenticabile. La posizione dell’abitazione, infatti, consente di poter alloggiare nella più bella zona della città vecchia di Polignano. La famosissima Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series si svolge a fianco all’abitazione. Sogno Blu è dotata di aria condizionata in camera da letto e Wi-Fi. La casa è l’ideale per passare una romantica vacanza di coppia, ma può ospitare fino a 4 persone. L’immobile è una tipica vecchia abitazione con scale ripide, è quindi sconsigliata per persone con mobilità ridotta e potrebbe non essere adatta la presenza di bambini.

L’immobile si sviluppa su 3 livelli. A piano terra è presente un piccolo ingresso e il cucinino con angolo cottura con piastre elettriche, fornetto, bollitore, frigorifero, tavolo da pranzo per quattro persone e piccolo disimpegno. Al primo piano è presente il soggiorno con divano letto alla francese e il balcone che si affaccia sullo stupendo scenario di Lama Monachile, e un piccolo bagno di ridotte dimensioni data la storicità dell’immobile. Al secondo piano troviamo la camera da letto matrimoniale finemente arredata, dalla cui finestra ogni mattina il panorama mozzafiato vi lascerà senza parole.

Response from the manager Sogno Blu is an authentic old stone house, with their pros and cons. It is located on the cliff of the wonderful Lama Monachile beach and it offers an amazing (probably the best) view of Polignano. We have given our best to improve the comfort of the house and we are always 100% in for offering every possible solution to our guests. The bathroom is small and, as you can see from the picture, there isn't a shower box. The toilet flush is just a little bit hard to push but it works well (we always check before renting it, and it was working also after the check out of the guest). The house is just as the description and photos show. Some hours after the check in, the guest claimed to be hosted in another accomodation at our expense because of the lack of a shower box in the bathroom. We were very sorry about that, but we could not satisfy her claim because you can clearly see from the picture how the bathroom is. Of course, after our refusal we have got a “very bad” review from the guest.
