Description

If you require luxury, a comfortable and contemporary apartment with style, then look no further. It really is in a class of its own. What I love about it is the fact that being on the ground floor it is ideal for older people, families with children, as there is no stairs to climb. It is also suitable for couples and the Master bedroom is a lovely room for honeymooners.

Apartment Treasure is a rare, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment within Sandcastles Resort, a gated resort. It is chic and contemporary and very comfortable and was fully renovated in May, 2016. It has two 50 " flat screen tvs, free Internet access, cable TV and is fully equipped with AC, new kitchen utensils and modern furniture and furnishings. It has a fully fitted kitchen, with a stove/oven for baking or roasting, a refridgerator, microwave, pots, pan, crockery, cutlery and much more.

There is a small gym, outdoor pool and beach nearby. On site there is also a restaurant, bar and paying laundrette with washing machine and dryer, operated by its own staff. There is ample free parking on site should you wish to hire your own car, which if you require contacts I can provide this for you.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, with beautiful furniture and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single (twin) beds and a closet. Both rooms have a small safe for storing your valuables.

You have your own front door which is operated by your own personal code.

My housekeeper Karen, is a lovely and trustworthy person. The front reception staff and security personnel are all friendly and very helpful.

The apartment is in an absolutely great location, with qood quality restaurants, takeaways, winebars with live music, supermarkets and craft markets all in walking distance.

If you just want to lie on the beach or sit by the pool, then you won't have far to walk, as the pool is literally outside the apartment and the beach two minutes walk away.

Getting around

Once in Ocho all that you need in terms of the beach, restaurants, wine bars, supermarkets, etc is within walking distance. Transport can also be arranged to take you to places of interest.

Although I reside in England, you can make contact with me either via WhatsApp or email anytime. In addition, my Housekeeper Karen will be a phone call away to assist you. You can phone her from the main lobby.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
