Swim in crystal-clear emerald waters on free boogie boards provided for your use. There are no roads to cross or buildings between you and the beach. Just you and mother nature. Or if you prefer, just relax in the 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for you each day of your stay when beach service operates on this property...all included at no extra charge. Rent kayaks, sailboats, or go fishing, snorkeling. Watch dolphins swim in season directly in front of you. Then, come back to the oceanfront pool pavilion with two pools, hot tub, million dollar landscaping, chaise lounges for your enjoyment and use, and private gazebo. Or, relax in the master suite with your own private unit whirlpool. Sunbathe on your private balcony with views to mesmerize or dine under the stars here. If you prefer, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, exercise in the workout room, play video games in the game room, use the onsite grills, use free WIFI throughout the property and in the unit, or just curl-up on the master bed that overlooks the pools and beach below, with direct access to your private balcony. We also offer refund of your damage deposit if you leave the unit without damage and in the condition described in our rental agreement. NOTE: this unit has 2 king beds and one queen sleeper. It is suitable for 4 adults and 2 small children plus a baby if you bring a baby bed or rent one. We do not allow 6 adult-size individuals.

Response from the owner We are very happy to hear that you had a great time despite your grandchild's injury on the door threshold to the balcony - and we are extremely happy to know she is doing okay. The door thresholds are a law in Florida for all exterior doors in buildings that were built after a certain date or in an older building, if a specific percentage of the doors are replaced. It is for wind-load given the tropical environment that makes Florida subject to severe storms and hurricanes - thankfully none in recent years for the Destin area!!
