ES: Magnifico apartamento situado en el corazón de la Sierra d’Irta (espacio natural protegido) y a solamente 500 metros de la playa (pequeñas calas). El centro histórico de Peñiscola está a solamente 5 minutos en coche. El apartamento dispone de una cocina americana equipada con un microondas, baño completo, 1 habitación doble con dos camas (posibilidad de hacer una cama de matrimonio) y un armario (sabanas y toallas incluidas), salón comedor con sofá cama (para 2 personas), mesa de comedor con 4 sillas, parking privado y terraza con vista al mar y a la montaña. Está totalmente equipado e ideal para pasar un fin de semana de relax en pareja o unas agradables vacaciones con la familia o entre amigos. Máximo 4 personas. El apartamento dispone también de una pista de tenis, de una piscina comunitaria, columpios para niños, sala de juegos y pista de petanca. También hay restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas muy cerca situados a bajo de la urbanización. Les acogeremos en persona para la entrega de llaves. Una cesta de fruta del tiempo y una botella de agua mineral de cortesía les espera a a su llegada. Alquilamos todo el año. Bienvenido a casa

L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine à l'américaine équipée d'un four et d'un micro-ondes, salle de bain complète, 1 chambre double avec 2 lits simples (possibilité de les regrouper) et placard penderie (draps et serviettes fournies), salon avec canapé-lit (2 places), table à manger avec 4 chaises, parking privé et terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la montagne. Il est totalement équipé et idéal pour passer un weekend de détente en couple ou d'agréables vacances en famille ou entre amis. Maximum 4 personnes. L'appartement dispose aussi d'un court de tennis et d'une piscine communautaire, balançoires pour les enfants, salles de jeux et terrain de pétanque. Il y a aussi des restaurants et des épiceries trés proche en bas du lotissement. Nous vous accueillons en personne pour la remise des clefs. EN: We rent beautiful apartment located in the heart of the Sierra d'Irta (protected natural area) only 500 meters from the beach (small bays). The historic center of Peñiscola is only 5 minutes from the apartment by car. The apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a bathroom, a double room with two beds (possibility of a double bed) and a wardrobe (sheets and towels included), living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), dining table with 4 chairs, private parking and terrace overlooking the sea and mountain. It is fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing weekend in couple or a pleasant holiday with family or friends. Maximum 4 people. The apartment also has a tennis court, a swimming pool, swings for children, playroom and pétanque area. There are also restaurants and small shops located nearby the residencial area. We welcome you personally to give you the keys. A courtesy basket of seasonal fruit and a bottle of mineral water is waiting for you at your arrival. Welcome home
