Accogliente appartamentino nel cuore della magica Matera, Capitale Europea della Cultura 2019.

La Casa Vacanze "La Terra dei Briganti" sorge in posizione tranquilla a due passi dai Sassi, patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO, dalle più belle piazze del centro storico, dalla Cattedrale e dai principali siti di interesse storico.

L'appartamento dispone di un' ampia e luminosa camera da letto composta da un letto e un divanoletto matrimoniali, di un comodo soggiorno con divano, zona pranzo e angolo cottura, di un bagno con doccia.

La colazione è inclusa nel soggiorno.

Wi-fi disponibile in tutta la struttura, con 2 GB giornalieri..

È disponibile un posto auto in cortile condominiale.

La zona è servitissima da bar, ristoranti, punti di wi-fi gratuito e ogni genere di negozi.

Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, si trova a pochi minuti dai più frequentati luoghi di ritrovo serali, dalle vie dell'artigianato e dello shopping.

E' in vigore a Matera la Tassa di Soggiorno (pagamento in loco).

Ha un costo di 2€ al giorno a persona solamente per le prime tre notti di permanenza.

I minori fino a 14 anni non sono soggetti a pagare la tassa.
