Description
Tout proche des calanches de Piana, de Porto et de la réserve de Scandola, Cargèse est une petite cité balnéaire très connue avec ses 2 églises face à face dominant le port.
Ce village comporte toutes les commodités nécessaires et propose de nombreuses activités :locations bateaux, jetski, plongée sous marine, planches à voiles, promenades en mer, ballades en quad et à cheval, randonnées pédestres (sentier Mare e monti )
L'aéroport d'Ajaccio est à 45 min
Votre maison d'environ 60m² a été entièrement rénovée.
Il s'agit d'une villa, composée de 3 "vraies" pièces dont 2 chambres (1 avec grand lit, l'autre 2 lits de 90) située en pleine nature, sur un terrain de 7500 m2 à 2mn d'une plage de sable fin.
Sur la terrasse vous attendent salon de jardin et barbecue pour vos soirées grillades.

Response from the owner Il s'agit effectivement d'un terrain familial de 7500 où sont situées 3 maisons totalement indépendantes et non mitoyennes, la notion de proximité signalée étant subjectives. Il n'y a jamais eu de problème de voisinage et nous y veillons....Cette côte est encore sauvage et non bondée avec des points de départ pour des ballades nautiques (Scandola, porto, Piana...) ballades en rivières, cascades, randonnées... bref il y en a pour tout les goûts. Merci en tout cas pour votre message, effectivement c'est un réel plaisir d'accueillir nos hôtes. (nous avons des habitués de plus de 30ans, il venait déjà à l'époque de mes grands parents..)Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau.

Nous avons effectivement partager de bons moments et c'est avec plaisir que nous vous recevrons à nouveau pour partager des moments de convivialité :))) Précisions importantes pour les personnes lisant ce message ; le sèche-cheveux est mis à disposition et quelques produits de nettoyage sont également remis sur demande. Il est à présent possible de louer le linge de maison pour ceux qui le souhaite. Judith, les palmiers s'ennuient de ton hamac :))) A warm hug to you too!
