Description
The location of the Kalamaki Court Villas is in a private secure complex with other holiday villas, situated in the popular resort of Kalamaki, surrounded by olive groves typical of the Greek countryside and only a 20 minute walk to the centre of the resort and 30 minutes to the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Kalamaki beach. Tavernas and shops are within a few minutes walk from the complex so a car is not necessary.
Each villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery and utensils you will need. The lounge has a sofa, coffee table and TV & DVD player, in the kitchen section is the dining area with table plus 4 chairs for dining indoors and also an outdoor table and chairs on the veranda leading from the patio doors in the lounge overlooking the swimming pool & lovely gardens. Also on this floor is a WC.
The villa has two bedrooms on the first floor, one double & one twin, accommodating 4 persons.
Kalamaki is a family style holiday resort, 4 km from the traditional Greek town of Zakynthos and 3 km from Zante airport.
The 8 km long beach at Kalamaki has a sandy beach and crystal-clear waters. The beach of Kalamaki is also the renowned reproduction area for the famous Caretta sea turtle, which can been seen during the summer months swimming in the clear blue waters.
Holidaymakers that come to Kalamaki return year after year as the resort provides a wonderful location with its lovely beach, variety of local tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops.

“Excellent stay”
Fantastic accommodation for base to discover Zante. Perfect for families, quiet and peaceful. Great pools and endless sunshine. Liz and all the other staff were so helpful and so a great job. Would recommend.

“Very well equipped”
An excellent property in a quiet location. Nearest restaurant is some way away as is the excellent beach. Car hire is recommended. The two excellent swimming pools are quite deep and would not suit non swimming small children although there is a small childrens splash pool
