Description
The apartment “Il Girasole”, 40 sqm, is on the ground floor of Villa Pedossa, an antique farmhouse full of charme with a total of 5 apartments dating back to the 1700s and beautifully restored. The Villa, 7 km away from Senigallia and its famous Velvet Beach, is surrounded by olive trees and a huge garden with fruit trees.
The apartment, stylishly furnished, can comfortably accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 4 guests and overlooks the garden and the swimming pool. It has independent entrance and a private outdoor (shaded) living and dining area facing the pool.
It is the ideal to host couples, families with 1/2 children or 3 adults. The apartment “Il Girasole” is composed of:
- one bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190cm);
- a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and small double sofa-bed (120cm x 180cm);
- private bath with shower, bidet, hair dryer, courtesy set and slippers

In the huge garden of Villa Pedossa, surrounded by the olive grove, you can relax, read a book, have a meal outdoor or enjoy the pool area: here you find a large pool (mt 14x6), a 4-person jacuzzi, sunbath in the solarium with deck chairs, beach beds and umbrellas, comfy sofas in the poolside gazebo or the in the one by the orchard. Moreover at your disposition further outdoor areas perfect for your ‘al fresco dining’ and relax with your family or friends including a marvelous portico.
In addition Villa Pedossa offers a professional bocce court, a barbeque, a wood burning oven, a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and drying racks), a living room (with TV, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and ice maker), a free uncovered video-surveilled private parking and a covered garage for bicycles and motorbikes.
Moreover, staying at Villa Pedossa, you can regenerate with yoga classes and even with a relaxing full-body massage in a dedicated area of our garden (according to weather conditions)!
E-bikes and MTBs are available at the villa under reservation.
We also take care of the environment and our guests' well-being offering microfiltered still water from the water purifier located in the portico of the villa.

E' stato un piacere ospitarvi presso la nostra struttura, in particolare nell'appartamento Il Girasole, e siamo lieti che abbiate trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza tra mare e collina grazie anche alla nostra posizione centrale a pochi minuti dalla bella spiaggia di Senigallia e a poca distanza dal Monte Conero e dai tanti borghi e luoghi d'interesse della regione come le Grotte di Frasassi, Recanati, Corinaldo, Urbino ecc che avete avuto modo di visitare nell'arco della giornata. Siamo contenti che abbiate apprezzato anche la nostra piscina e l'ampio giardino dove ognuno può trovare, se desidera, la propria privacy e godere di piacevoli serate all'aria aperta e in relax. Siamo anche grati che la nostra attenzione agli ospiti sia stato un plus facendovi sentire "a casa fuori casa" e che abbiate notate la cura nelle pulizie e in ogni dettaglio.
