Starting at 995.00/ weekend till June 20th then 1095.00/weekend. Weekly rates start at 1395.00/ week for 2br cottages
The Woodwards welcome you to Fairbank Lake Resort and Marina. Fairbank Lake Resort is a small family owned vacation spot located in northern Ontario just west of Sudbury. The resort is nestled in a bay on the east shore of Fairbank Lake. Fairbank Lake, often called Fairbanks Lake, is a clear water spring fed lake. Fairbank Lake is one of the larger lakes in the Sudbury area.The clarity of the water attracts many scuba diving enthusiasts. We are located on the Ontario snowmobile trail plan. We offer quiet relaxing outdoor vacationing for the whole family.
Fairbank Lake offers great fishing as well. Fairbank lake resort can outfit you with boat rentals to allow you to go find the "big'' one, or simply enjoy the abundance of fish that can be caught right from our dock area. Species include Lake Trout,Sm Mouth Bass, Pickerel, Northern Pike and Whitefish.
The lake and it's many bays are well protected from winds. Even on windy days the lake is safe for boaters and anglers alike.
There is also a Provincial Park on the lake.The park has numerous nature and hiking trails.
Our sandy beach area is roped off and is safe for children. The area is not life guard supervised. The beach area is a great way to spend the summer days. Cool off in the clear water of Fairbank Lake. Enjoy our many flavors of ice cream. Pets are welcome in the picnic area but must be leashed at all times. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the water or on the beach however. There is a 135.00 pet fee per booking looked after at check in..

“Wifi”
There is NO wifi or Cell service at this resort! The cabins are clean. Restaurant and store are closed Monday and Tuesdays all summer.

Response from the owner Our cell service is spotty but have spots on property that it will work. hopefully they will put up more towers in our area to improve this simulation in the future. As for wifi we cannot provide it till the towers go up, sorry for this situation but it is beyond our ability to fix this problem.

Gorgeous place. Rooms were clean and had everything that was expected. Very friendly place. Quiet, awesome Lake, great for jet skiing.
