Villa entièrement rénovée à 50 m de la Corniche de Bidart et de la plage Erretegia. Dans un lotissement privé et sécurisé avec barrières d'accès. Vue mer et montagne.
Piscine chauffée et sécurisée par volet et barrières.. (juin à septembre et si le climat le permet changeons les mois d'ouverture et de fermeture)
Installations modernes.
A moins de 200 de la place du village avec son marché hebdomadaire et en saison estivale le marché nocturne.
Proche des navettes gratuites pour aller aux différentes plages.
Possibilité de passer ses vacances sans prendre sa voiture.
L'Océan est à vos pieds.
Maison sur 3 niveaux : au rdc un T3 au 1er un T4 et au 2nd un T2.
Villa entièrement rénovée travaux terminés ce 14-7-2016.
2021 Espace Bien-être HAMMAM SAUNA JACUZZI avec participation
2022 Rénovation complète de l'espace PISCINE
Service de massage à domicile, service payant.
En très haute saison du 23-7-2022 au 27-8-2022 nous ne louons que la villa en son entièreté pour 12 personnes.
