Amazing deluxe 2 bedroom townhouse with sunny terrace and sea views of the Mediterranean. Located in the heart of the Old Town, just a short stroll to the historic church square (2 minutes), Restaurants, terraces, and trendy boutiques (2 minutes), beachfront (6 minutes). All the magic of Altea is literally on your doorstep.

Built directly onto the historic city walls, this spacious two-bedroom house will amaze and delight you. Recently reformed to an exceptionally high standard and furnished with works of art and interesting objects, the house now offers a unique combination of, on the one hand, century-old stone walls, antique floors and doors, and on the other hand all the comfort and luxury you would want for a relaxing holiday: 2 large double bedrooms with very comfortable 2 meter long beds, each with their own bathroom and toilet; a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and a relaxing terrace with a view over the whole bay of Altea.

For those arriving by car, there is parking directly behind the house, and we are also only a few minutes’ walks from a large free public car park.

The townhouse has received several rewards on different websites. It even won joint first prize in the English TV series ‘May the Best House Win’. Our reviews highlight the cleanness, the comfort of bed and bathroom, the superb location, the flair of its design, and the furnishing with interesting and beautiful objects.

Altea is, without doubt, one of the most beautiful villages on the Costa Blanca. Its old center, with narrow streets of cobblestones, pretty white houses and a light that has inspired painters throughout the decades, is a perfect place to spend your holidays and even more so if you can do that in a stunning townhouse that combines luxury, style, tradition and spellbinding sea views

Accommodation

This luxury townhouse is set over four floors and is the perfect accommodation for two to four persons. The main entrance with antique doors is on the ground level. This level has a luxury kitchen, dining area, and a small terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a high spec oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Dining table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. This bedroom has lovely sea views and a balcony. The luxurious double bed is 1.50 X 2.00 and has a high-quality mattress that is complemented by the finest quality cotton sheets to help you enjoy a restful and comfortable night's sleep. The windows are double glazed and the air conditioning and floor heating ensure that the room will always offer you the perfect temperature. The built-in wardrobes provide sufficient storage for short or longer stays.

The state-of-the-art bathroom is entirely decorated with polished cement walls and beautiful antique floor tiles. It consists of an extra-large walk-in shower, suspended toilet, and luxury hand basin. Fluffy white towels are supplied as well as separate beach towels.

On the second floor, there is an elegant living room with a spacious terrace. Just imagine having coffee while you see the sunrise from the sea in the mornings, or relaxing with a refreshing drink after a day of sightseeing.

The sunny terrace is equipped with sun loungers and relaxing chairs.

The lower ground level has its own entrance from the square. On this level, there is a bedroom with two single beds ( 0.90 x 2.00) and an ‘ensuite’ bathroom. Here also the beds have the same high-quality mattresses and the finest cotton sheets. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower built into the original arches from the city walls, washbasin, and separate toilet. An internal staircase brings you to the ground level.

Here’s what we’ve done to maximize the safety of everyone who enters our properties:

Disinfectants approved by global health agencies are used to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Whilst cleaning, we wear protective equipment, including a mask and gloves.

Each room is cleaned using extensive cleaning checklists.

Extra cleaning supplies are also provided, so you can clean during your stay.

All high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, cabinets, and light switches have been fully sanitized.

At this present time, we will operate a "zero contact" policy to reassure our guests. A key safety box will be used for self-check-in when you arrive and depart. The code will be sent to you a few days before arrival.

We ask guests to please place all dishes, glasses, and silverware in the dishwasher and that the machine is turned on before departure.
