first floor apartment with independent entrance, staircase with safety gate for children, large living room with round table and television set inside an equipped wall where you will find numerous books (of various kinds) available for guests and sofa bed, kitchen with fridge, oven and washing machine and dining table; bedroom (with air conditioning) and balcony with clothesline; bathroom with tub / shower, hairdryer; large terrace with wooden gazebo, chairs and table. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. The cost varies from the number of guests and the period of stay.

The ideal way to move around the area is to use the car, but you can easily reach the city of Lecce, both by bus and train, the station is in fact just 200m from the apartment. While in the village you can move easily on foot or by bicycle.

I will be present for the delivery of the keys and I will be available for any information about the apartment. I will also be available to suggest interesting activities on site and in the surrounding area.

How do damage deposits work?

If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
