Das Ferienhaus Hiltbrunner liegt zentral gelegen im Ort St. Pierre Quiberon auf der 14 Kilometer langen Halbinsel Presqu'île de Quiberon in der südlichen Bretagne - Departement Morbihan. Sie sind immer alleine im Haus - es hat keine andern Mieter ausser Ihnen. Im ganzen Haus gratis WLAN und Kabelfernsehen (600 Sender) Die Wohnung im 1. Stock hat für 5 Personen Platz, 4 1/2 Zimmer mit Küche (und Mikrowelle und Abwaschmaschine) -- im Bedarfsfall können noch zwei kleinere Wohnungen dazugemietet werden für 4 und 3 Personen (total 13 Personen) - siehe andere Anzeige auf der Website. Diese Wohnungen haben eine Wohfläche von 70 qm (4 Personen) und 50 qm (3 Personen). Alle Wohnungen wurden im Frühjar 2014 renoviert. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl stehen den Gästen gratis zur Verfügung. Im Garten befindet sich das Gartenhaus mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Sonnenliegen, Spielen und einem mobilen Grill. Ein gedecketer Sitzplatz befindet sich neben dem Gartenhaus. Zu den Badestränden (feiner Sandstrand) sind es 500 Meter und zu den Geschäften und Restaurants 400 Meter. Zur Côte Sauvage (wilde Küste sind es 700 Meter). Es sind viele Sportmöglichkeiten vorhanden: Segeln, Windsurfen, Wellenreiten, Tennis & Tennishalle, Minigolf, Reiten, Golf, Wandern, Fahrradfahren. Nach Auray 14 Kilometer (Autobahn), Flughafen Lorient 40 Kilometer, Schnellzüge von Paris (TGV) kommen in Auray an, dann per Bus nach St. Pierre Quiberon - in der Hochsaison (Juli/August) fährt ein kleiner Zug auf die Halbinsel (von Auray). Der Garten ist gross - 700 qm, mit zwei Sitzplätzen, Grill, Gartenmöbel und Parkplätze für 2-3 Autos. Der Garten (auch zur Alleinbenützung) ist von einer Gartenmauer und einem Gartentor abgeschlossen.
Sie sind immer alleine im Haus und im Garten- es hat keine andern Mieter.
