La petite maison de Kerogan, au toit de tuiles rouges et aux volets bleus est typique des maisons de pecheurs du Tregor .
elle est simple et rustique, typique et pleine de charme . il faut apprécier les maisons anciennes car elle est simple et rustique comme le précise le descriptif .ce n'est donc pas le confort aseptisé d'une maison neuve !
elle est située a Plougrescant connu pour sa cote rocheuse, ses petites plages de sable, ses huitres, ses ilots rocheux, son sentier des douaniers . . .
Plougrescant est une petite station tres agreable, calme, et située en haut des cotes d'Armor.
Vous aurez le choix des plages selon la marée, la direction du vent , le soleil, . ;. .
La maison de Kerogan est a 700 m de Beg Villin, greve ou se trouve une station de Kayak: vous pourrez donc louer des Kayaks a la journée ou a la semaine, et visiter les petits ilots ; Vous pourrez aller sur ces ilots a pied a marée basse pour y pecher des crevettes ou des coquillages , cela fera le bonheur des enfants ...
La maison de Kerrogan est une maison ancienne, restaurée avec gout, sans prétention,et pleine de charme . Elle est rustique . Bien qu'elle soit proche de la mer, on n'a pas de vue sur la mer car la maison a ses ouvertures au midi et la mer est au Nord ....
Les adolescents venant avec leurs parents apprecieront la chambre de l'annexer et la mezzanine !!!
la maison est en effet ideale pour un couple sans enfants ou un couple avec 1 ou 2 adolescents , car la chambre et mezzanine situées dans l'annexe ne sont accessibles que par l'exterieur .
Vous apprécierez le jardin exposé au sud, et le calme du jardin car la maison se trouve a l'écart des routes .
il faut apprécier les maisons anciennes car elle est simple et rustique comme le précise le descriptif .ce n'est donc pas le confort aseptisé d'une maison neuve !
