With 160 m2 of space and 2700 m2 of landscaped grounds, it will surprise you. Very well organized for 8 people with four (4) bedrooms.
The two terraces,overlooking the overflow pool and extending the sea view.Let's not forget the recreation area where you can relax under the olive trees and make use of the volleyball and badminton court
This villa allows you to keep your privacy, enjoying everything whenever you want.
Outdoors
Arriving at the parking which is surrounded by olive trees and go down to the entrance of the villa a terrace. At the back of the house there is an outside access that leads to the south terrace. There is a large 8-person table, a barbecue with sink and electric plate. Walking up the stairs you find another veranda with a square table with four benches where you can discover the 9 * 4 overflow pool.
You can walk on the sunny verandas where there are 8 sun loungers. Going along the pool you get down to the relaxation area. Beautiful olive trees will enchant you and enjoy this recreation or relaxation area.
Ground floor
Main entrance with fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor hood, outside oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large 60 x 200 fridge, coffee maker. This kitchen is open in the dining room and in the living room.
Living room with flat-screen TV and HiFi. From the living room there is access, in the bedroom you can find a 160x200 bed with a view of the pool and the sea. You will also find a spacious shower room open to the room. WC independent.

South room
Spacious room overlooking the islands, with very good soundproofing. 180 x 200 bed.
Bathroom open to the room with hydromassage bathtub (the perfect relaxation with the best view). Washbasin and toilet independent.
East room
Absolute independence ... with access to the balcony overlooking the pool. Room with South and very good sound insulation.
Bed 180 x 200 where it can be converted to 2 90 x 200 beds on request. Bathroom open to the bedroom with a spacious shower, sink all with pool and sea views. Independent toilet.
Ground floor - garden
Cinema room with fixed Lumene 240 c projection screen (width 2.5 meters and height 1.5). Sony VPL WV projector, Blu-ray player.
Room with 180 x 200 bed where it can be converted to 2 90 x 200 beds on request. Access to private terrace with outdoor shower.
