If you are looking for accommodation with great location then you'll be hard pressed to find something with the breathtaking view of the Boka Bay than the attractive 75 msq Apartments Bella Vista in the peaceful village of Radovici on the Lustica peninsula, near Tivat. Boka Bay is one of the world's 25 most beautiful bays and protected by UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lustica peninsula is one of the least developed parts of the Montenegrin coast with beaches such as Plavi horizonti-Blue horizons, Almara beach Oblatno which remain uncrowded despite being among the best in Montenegro. Here, you will find nice fishing villages, many churches and small farms amid olive groves that produce their own cheese, prosciutto, wine and rakija.All these Mediterranean authentic flavours can be found in the local restaurants.

Villa is located in one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro, Lustica peninsula, in the quiet seaside village Radovici. The villa is situated 15 minutes from Tivat airport by car and 10 minutes walk from one of the nicest sandy beaches in Montenegro, called " Blue horizons". In the immediate vicinity there are shop markets where you can buy everything you need, also near apartments there are health center, post office, restaurants, playground, parking. Each of our four comfortable 75 msq furnished apartments (second and third floor) has a living room with dining area, SAT TV, FREE WI-FI,air-conditioning, kitchen fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, two reasonably sized bedrooms with direct acess to the balcony and face the Boka Bay and ambient village Radovici, with sleeping capacity 5, bathroom with washing machine…Towels and linens are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed and baby cot while the second bedroom has three singles beds. All bedrooms have two cupboards with lamps and a wardrobe per room. Each apartment has a private entrance.

The apartments offer a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor and mountain Lovcen.....From our property and its spacious terrace you can do the barbecue, enjoy a glass of wine and have spectacular view of the bay as well as the surrounding chain of the mountains.Our guests can enjoy our private jetty beach, which is 1km and 500 m from our property, where they can also enjoy the breathtaking view of the Boka Bay, Island of Flowers, Saint Marko Island and Island Our Lady of Mercy.The apartment is situated 15 minutes from Tivat airport, 2 hours from Dubrovnik airport and 2 hours from Podgorica airport.

Die Wohnung liegt in Radovici (Tivat), einem historisch gewachsenen Ort mit sehr guter Infrastruktur: Supermarkt, regionalem Obst- und Gemüsehändler, Bäckerei, Schreibwarenhändler, mehrere Restaurants, Bars, Post, Ärztehaus sowie Touristeninfo und Bushaltestelle fußläufig im Ortskern (500m).

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang, vom Grillplatz wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor in Richtung Tivat mit Porto Montenegro.

Sie liegt 12 km von Tivat (Stadt) mit Porto Montenegro, 20 von Kotor und 30 von Budva entfernt, auf der Halbinsel Lustica.

Fußläufig erreichbar ist die Bucht Plavi Horizonti mit Sandstrand. Diese ist mit flachabfallenden Strand sehr gut für Kinder geeignet und verfügt über Duschen, Toiletten und eine gemütliche Taverne unter Pinien.

Two international airports - Podgorica Airport and Tivat Airport - serve Montenegro perfectly well and have recently seen renovation work that has greatly aided passenger experience. An extensive infrastructure for transportation further aids getting to and from major hubs, and while motorways have yet to be constructed to connect major cities, single carriageway-type roads allow speeds of up to 80km per hour. Passenger travel by rail is restricted to a single line and is therefore seldom used, but buses are plentiful. Exact timetables can be easily tracked down on the internet or obtained at transportation hubs. It is particularly easy to reach the beach and town resorts, with efforts made to keep things as simple as possible for visiting
