Fantastic Mallorcan finca full of character and style, located just outside the village of Llucmajor.
The house has been restored by its owner but has remained the traditional Majorcan character.
The farm is careful to detail and fully equipped. Its interior décor with stone walls in every room, makes this property a farm full of charm and personality.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy the best way. Four bedrooms (two double and two twin) two of them with its own bathroom / shower and a third bathroom with shower complete the interior.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is wifi throughout the house.
The original house dates from 1841 and has been respected although much of the architecture and others have been modified, have remained the small windows in every room to keep cool in summer. The outdoor pool of 12 x 6 m with roman steps, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Llucmajor.
The property is located 1 km from Llucmajor where there are supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The os Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays you can enjoy the market, and a few 20km you can find the famous beach of Es Trenc. The capital, Palma, is only 20 Km. Inside the villages of Randa and algaida are about 10 minutes drive.
In short, a magical place to enjoy the best vacation!
