Appartamento dotato di riscaldamento autonomo e acqua calda per sanitari, Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione tutto l'appartamento arredato e attrezzato di tutto, bagno con vasca-doccia. Provvisto di vettovaglie (Piatti-bicchieri-posate ecc), forno, forno microonde, tostapane, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asciugamani, lenzuola, coperte, cuscini ecc... In splendida vallata di montagna, immerso nella natura e nel verde del parco naturalistico dellAdamello, zona tranquilla, vita sana, cultura, sport, tra il lago d'iseo, incisioni rupestri ecc...
A Malonno nel mezzo dei passi alpini scalati dai ciclisti del giro d'Italia, Mortirolo, Tonale, Gavia, Crocedomini, Aprica, Vivione ecc... A due passi dal parco incisioni rupestri ( sito UNESCO )conosciuto e oggetto di studi da parte di studiosi di tutto il mondo, a quindici minuti da terme e parchi (Darfo Boario Terme). Ottima base di partenza per escursionisti, sentieri montani impegnativi o più adatti a principianti e famiglie. Insomma, un ambiente naturalistico eccellente e pieno di eventi e iniziative per tutte la stagioni. vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, parcheggio gratis per motociclisti, per chi non necessita di spostamenti continui è a disposizione un garage, nelle immediate vicinanze sono a disposizione: Area pic nic, minimarket, panetteria, parrucchiera donna uomo, bar, tabaccheria, farmacia, ambulatori, macelleria, pizzerie da asporto e non, ristoranti, palestra, officine meccaniche, pescheria e vendita trote con annesso laghetto per la pesca sportiva, per gli amanti delle escursioni a 20 mt. sentiero che porta direttamente nei boschi vicini, in bici esiste la pista ciclabile dell'Oglio che praticamente parte dal Passo Tonale e arriva fino al Po, regala a tutti la possibilità di una pedalata che ha i toni dell'avventura: 280 km - molto più della Milano-Sanremo che è la gara più lunga del World Tour - da coprire in due o tre giorni. È il Bike Tour dell'Oglio - Tonale Sebino Po, nato per valorizzare l'intero percorso ciclistico. la Ciclovia del fiume Oglio si snoda per 280 km dal Passo del Tonale al fiume Po, attraverso le province di Brescia, Bergamo, Mantova e Cremona. Un nuovo grande polo d'attrazione per tutti gli appassionati della bici.
In comune all'appartamento esiste uno spazio esterno con stendibiancheria, ( deposito sci-biciclette ecc… )
L'appartamento è servito dalla strada di accesso al paese e nelle vicinanze del centro storico con tutti i servizi, tutto a portata di mano, distante dalla stazione ferroviaria circa 150 mt.
