The Perfect Getaway for anyone looking to have a great time in sunny Malta. A very Central new apartment in the best part of St Paul's Bay with free Wifi, 200 meters away from the best sandy and pebble beaches in Qawra as well as the exquisite Cafe Del Mar infinity pool. The apartment enjoys 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with have sea views and a front balcony with side sea views. Three bedrooms sleep six persons, 2 bathrooms. Bars, Restaurants, Ice cream parlors, mini markets, excursion outlets and even bus terminus at your doorstep. Bus terminus that takes you to not just one destination but many throughout the island. This apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay while feeling like your at home on vacation.

Valletta, 3 cities, beaches, Gozo ferry are just one bus trip away.

This is fully licenced and approved by the Malta Tourism Authority.

Getting around

public bus terminus which is just a 3 minute walk away. This is not just a bus stop but a terminus where one can go to different parts of the island and back.

Interaction with guest

Although we live in Mosta which is a town 5 km away we are available at all time. We are just a phone call away. We call the guests directly at the apartment every few days to see if anything is needed and if all is to their satisfaction. Clean bed sheets and clean towels are provided for each guest.

House rules

No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 3PM. please act as you would if it was your own home amongst your own neighbours. Items damaged will be deducted from the security deposit. No body other then the guests are allowed to enter the property. Washing machine is available free for booking more than 12 nights. Since we do not charge for water/electricity an additional charge of 50 euros. Rooms allocated according to the number of guests. 20 euro charge for late arrival after 11pm.

Response from the owner I very much appreciate good constructive feedback/reviews. This of course helps in providing a better service. First abd formost I am very pleased that the guests have enjoyed their holiday. That is most important. Regarding the extra cost, this I have clearly stated in the house rules and I am sure this is also visible if using a mobile phone. This is a 3 bedroom apartment and to make this affordable to group less than 6 people I try to adjust the prices accordingly. Hence if a group of 4 or less people wish to rent the apartment I deduct the cost but if the guest still wants to have the extra room than I am more than happy to provide this obviously by charging like for just one exta person. Nonetheless again I am so glad to hear that Leslie and the rest of the group enjoyed their stay and be pleased to have them as my guests in thw future. Thanks
