Description

Villa Alba Dolce is a large family house located in the residential district Donateo, in the wooded hills overlooking the Gulf of Calvi, just minutes from the city center and the beach. The apartment of 52 m2, comfortable and well equipped to receive up to 4 people, facing south, overlooking the wide paved terrace and the flower garden. You can enjoy this terrace of about 50 m2 (garden furniture wood and gas barbecue on rolling furniture, deck chairs) for lunch outdoors and relax in front of the garden and the green hills. Shade and sun at your choice. Sea view on the bay of Calvi and the beach, and the mountains in the distance. Inside, the living room with sofa bed (with BULTEX mattress), armchairs, TV, opens south. The large kitchen is well equipped and four people can eat without disturbing themselves. The bedroom also opens up south with a large wooden bed and comfortable latex mattress. Many cupboards and cupboards are at your disposal to make you feel at home. The bathroom with shower is sunny with its large west window, and the toilet is separate. High quality spring water at all faucets. Hot water available permanently by electric cumulus. Bed linen is available for rent: 20 € per bed, including 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 pillowcase and 2 pillowcases, pure cotton. Towels and bath towels are not provided. Their rental on site is possible at your request (15 € per game per person: 2 towels + 1 bath towel pure cotton). Access to the villa is closed by a large wrought iron gate, parking is inside the property, just behind the house. Your pets are welcome at Villa Alba Dolce! The property is fully fenced for their safety. The residential area Donateo is 1.5 km from the sea and the center of Calvi: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk at most, to reach the beach of Calvi or walk in the pedestrian street or the port of pleasure and its terraces. The tarmac road that runs to our house (Donateo Road) is a cul-de-sac that stops less than 500 m after the house: it is therefore frequented only by local residents. Getting around

The car or the bike will allow you to go everywhere very easily. Otherwise, you have to walk or ride your bike (rentals available in Calvi), or go to the train station in Calvi 1.5 km from the house to browse the local train routes (Ile Rousse, Ponte-Leccia, Bastia, Corte, Ajaccio), with spectacular panoramas. You will not find bus services outside the bus that goes back and forth to Bastia once a day. However, many sightseeing tours organized by comfortable coaches will be offered, as well as customized tours in 4X4 or the discovery of the west coast by boat.

Interaction with guest

I welcome my visitors personally at the end of the week, that's why I propose my rentals of Villa Alba Dolce at least a week, with days of arrival and departure in weekends exclusively (Saturday or Sunday). However, you will always have someone on hand to help you, help you out if necessary or advise you in your discovery of our beautiful region of Balagne.
