Description
This 60 sqm apartment is equipped with very good quality and is of recent construction. It is part of a structure consisting of 5 apartments. The Country House is located at 850 meters above sea level and is surrounded by greenery in a location isolated little. A 3 km is the first country where there is a supermarket, newsagent and bar. At 6 km is the first city Apeccchio where there is also a pharmacy. The apartment is able to accommodate 4 persons. It has a large living room with sofa and satellite TV with a space dedicated to the kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cookware. There are two double bedrooms with large wardrobe and two bedside tables and a bathroom with shower. Outside a veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Outside, a swimming pool with telescopic copertuta that it can be used even on cold days. E'inoltre this brick barbecue. Guests mountain bikes and children's games such as swings, slides, carousel, volleyball and bocce.
