Modern apartment for 4 people with stunning sea views in residential complex with swimming pool and a short walk away from one of the best sandy beaches of Mojácar- South end Playa de las Ventanicas.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.
This apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen and lounge with access to stunning terrace with beautiful sea views.

Master bedroom has a double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, air conditioning, en suite shower room and patio doors opening out to terrace.

There are 2 flights of steps to reach the entrance door of this apartment. 2 further flights of steps will take you to the top road where you will find the private allocated parking space.
Entrance to apartment is on Calle España. Private parking is on Calle Bélgica

This apartment is in a residential complex called Residencial Oasis and is located between the bottom road ( calle España) and the top road ( Calle Bélgica)
There are 2 community swimming pools. This apartment is closer to the pool level with Calle España.
Approximately 150 metres down Calle España you will find the main road with the beach and seafront promenade on the other side.
This is the south end of Mojacar with plenty of amenities within walking distance and at the start of Ventanicas Beach, a long stretch of fine sand beach interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.
Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.

“Not worth the money”
Building work with 8am noise and crane blocking the view. Kitchen poorly equipped, no kettle, very little worktop. General condition dirty. Some equipment broken, beach umbrella. Although booking made several months in advance we could not gain access till 7pm. 50 Euros compensation paid, but very inconvenient. General advice look elsewhere for your accommodation. Description of lounge / diner strange as dinning table is outside on the balcony.
