BAY FRONT HOME ON C-30A

Relax every evening with your favorite drink and enjoy the spectacular sunset! Watch the herons and egrets feed and listen to owls hoot and if you're lucky, see an eagle or two above. If you need rest and relaxation then this is the place to be! You'll be next door to Presnell's Marina for easy boat launching or rental, minutes from St. Joseph's Bay Country Club for a round of golf and lunch, and close to town for shopping and dining.

Just minutes away is the Indian Pass Raw Bar for a step back in time and fresh Apalachicola oysters. A short drive along the coast to historic Apalachicola is where you can enjoy more shopping, antiquing and dining. Beach access is available at Salinas Park, Two Palms Park and St. Joseph State Park.

There is a swimming pool available at the country club for a very small fee and for the tennis buff there are courts at the country club and in town at Frank Pate Park.
