Description

St Regis is a luxury oceanfront resort located at North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, which boasts many amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Our spacious unit is in the third building which offers a quiet peaceful haven, yet is conveniently located near the elevator and just steps to the beautiful white beach and outdoor pool and cabana.

Unit #3411 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an awesome panoramic 4th floor view of the ocean from the sitting room and both bedrooms. All three rooms also have their own entrance to a private balcony. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds.The master bathroom has just been completely remodeled and now features a walk-in shower. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sized bed and there is also a roll away bed should you need it. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, front loading washer/dryer, central air conditioning and ceramic tile throughout. The living room has a 48 inch Smart HDTV with streaming capabilities, a DVD and a VHS player. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD.

The St. Regis has two pools (one heated indoor pool and one outdoor pool), an indoor hot tub, fitness center, sauna, family entertainment center, basketball court, children's play area, outdoor grills and picnic tables and oceanfront gazebo. St. Regis also has a casual, family friendly restaurant that is conveniently located on the top floor of building two and specializes in seafood, steak, pasta, and burgers and offers spectacular ocean views.

An optional one time delivery of linens (sheets/towels) available for an extra charge of $40.00, or you may bring your own. One half of the total rental amount required to guarantee reservation due at the time of booking and the remaining balance shall be payable 30 days before the arrival date. A $200.00 refundable damage deposit is also required at the time of booking and will be refunded upon departure cleaning being completed. The signed confirmation agreement needs to be returned within 10 days from date of booking.

If you wish to reserve a specific time period, please do so via email or telephone and, if available, the time period will be immediately reserved. A written confirmation will be provided and after your receipt of the confirmation, a deposit will be due immediately to secure your dates. A mailing address and telephone number will be required.

**Due to Hurricane Florence the indoor pool and hot tub is closed for repair.

You must be at least 23 years of age to rent the unit and an adult must be present during the entire rental stay.

“Beautiful”

While we booked this originally for the indoor pool which was closed for renovations. We didn’t end up needing it and barely used then outdoor pool. We enjoyed the wonderful views and quick access to the beach. It was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Response from the owner Thanks Amanda for your review. The hurricane really did a number on the indoor pool but hopefully it will be up and running again soon. I hate it wasn’t available for you but that was beyond our control.
