This 4 bedroom 3 bath rental is located a short 2.5-mile drive to Holden Beach. The yard is cooled by the shade of several live oak trees that catch the ocean breezes. There are two masters with a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two double beds. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping for 2 (maximum of 12 people). Additional guest fee of $10 per person per night will be added if there are more than 8 guests. Two outdoor showers - one private and one open that is perfect for getting the sand off the kids and the toys. Full kitchen, dining room, and a large living room for gathering and playing games. Very large covered back deck and porch include a porch swing, ceiling fans and additional dining areas. Gas and charcoal grills for your bbq-ing pleasure as well as a fire pit. Very private back yard with sun bathing area. There's also a covered front porch for smaller gatherings or just some alone time to curl up and read. Washer/dryer, cable TVs, Internet.

Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, utensils, serving dishes and service for 12. No linens or towels provided. No smoking indoors please. Dogs permitted (maximum of 2)($100 pet fee each). If you are not bringing pets, please say so in your inquiry and I will remove the pet fee. However, if you have smoked or had pets during your stay, you will loose your deposit! Not wheelchair accessible. There are a few steps to navigate to enter the house.

Its not The Ritz, but neither is its price. What you get is a clean, comfortable and affordable home that you can enjoy your time off the beach.

Walking distance to Silver Hill Grill on Holden Beach Road and Sonny's night club. Convenient to shopping, fishing, golfing. Lots of thrift, consignment and antique stores along with beach fare. Located almost exactly halfway between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach (about a 35-45 minute drive). Southport is about 20 miles away where you can catch a ferry to Bald Head Island or Fort Fisher
