Description

A fantastic studio RIGHT ON THE BEACH! This studio condo is 400 sq. ft. With a full kitchen. We have 6 different condos available for rent on Flipkey. Scroll down and click on: more properties to see other condos we have available for rent in this same complex.

We have rented our condos for over 7 years now and have provided excellent service to our renters. We have had many happy and many return guests.

We have our own condo manger and a maintenance staff available for any problem that may occur during your stay.

An adorable condo, just perfect for 2, but does have an extra full size futon couch bed that could sleep an additional person or 2 small children.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor with a great view! There is an elevator to your floor. This is an Awesome place! But If you like high rises or being around a lot of people, this is not the place for you

. The most popular attractions about our condo is privacy, location, cleanliness, & parking right in front!

We are only 25 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport and very centrally located, close to about anything you need.

Our condo has wireless internet, a deluxe cable package, all luxury linens, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels.

A full kitchen with everything needed for cooking in. There is a blender, coffee maker, toaster. We also have a iron/board & hair dryer.

The pool is heated & steps down to the beach with a nice picnic area with a grill, tables, sun cots, umbrella, & chairs.

Our condo is very clean and well taken care of. We have many return guests! We look forward to having you stay with us and know you will be glad you did!

** our condos are all non smoking. We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. Each condo has 1 parking space next to the building. We are sorry, but there are no additional parking spaces for visitors. For the comfort of all of our guests, The complex does not allow parties or visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. These areas are for our guests only.

you must be 25 years old to rent this condo. We are sorry, but we DO NOT rent to spring breakers. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed at our pool & private beach area. There is construction around us & in the Pompano beach area. We do not reimburse for construction issues
