Inside, the interior of this 1 bed apartment blends modern convenience with timeless home comfort. Guests can relax and entertain within the inviting living space, which features a stylish L-shaped sofa, SAT TV, DVD player and dining area. Also benefitting from access to an adjoining separate kitchen and a private balcony with an alfresco dining area, the scene is set for wining and dining in - whenever you choose! A spacious couple-friendly Double Master Bedroom is complemented by an extra optional Double Sofa bed to the living room and a tiled bathroom with tub and shower tap. I am sorry that you had such a parking issue, but we described the property as having "public car parking". This means it is not private parking and that you have to park in the public car parking areas. If the home had its own space, we would have listed it has "private parking. I am sorry if you were confused about this. When you stay in the city, there are more restrictions, which is expected in a city like Lugano. In the arrival information, it clearly says you need to collect the keys from our office and you can arrive any time of night. On the 1st page of the instructions it clearly shows you what to do if you arrive when our office is closed. You just get the keys from our mailbox. Again, we are sorry you didn't see this written. We hope you still enjoyed the area and have taken home some happy memories of Lugano. Thank you for staying and we wish you all the best, HHH
