Description
This wonderful Breton Farm with heated pool and 4 acres of mature gardens, is perfect for that special family occasion. It has been used for anniversaries, special birthdays and wedding receptions, or just that large family and friend get-together. We also use it to run workshops for singing, art and writing. It is in the middle of the "Montagnes Noires" and just 40 minutes drive from the lovely sandy beaches of Southern Brittany. There are lots of attractions nearby for all age groups.
Please note that the pool is heated from mid-May to September. Depending on the outside temperature, special arrangements can be made to switch it on at an extra cost

Response from the owner It is very interesting that this guest has not left their name as it appears to be from someone who threatened to post a bad review unless we gave them a full refund. Things mentioned here are blatantly untrue and when there are problems, we deal with them immediately.

Response from the owner I am very concerned that these guests were disappointed, and that the cleanliness was not as expected. However, they did arrive 6 hours early and we did send cleaners in straight away. Some of their comments I totally disagree with but did not want to enter into an argument with them. I'm afraid I would not welcome them back. Kerespars is not the sort of property they should rent..

Response from the owner I am very sad to receive this review. It is true that the security deposit has not been returned due to this company having used an amount of electricity way beyond the amount of the deposit. We thought it so extraordinary that we had EDF check the meter. We have kept the company up to date and tried to explain the difficulties of dealing with EDF. We have recently returned and having had more discussions with EDF, have decided that we shall have to issue this company with an invoice.

“Home from home with a French twist.”
Comfortable accommodation. Lots of safe space for children to play around the properties. Quiet no traffic noise at all, just day birds and night owls. Plenty of places to visit nearby.
